Terms and Conditions

Tour deposit, $300 reserves a space and guarantees the tour price. Standbys valid only with deposit. Discounts honored only at time of reservation. Balance due 90 days prior to tour.

Cancellations by customer received prior to tour, $300 charge. Tour date and after, pro rata refund of tour fee less $300, including no-shows. Overseas tours 60 or less days prior to tour $3,500, departure and after including no-shows, forfeit tour fee. Cancellation insurance is recommended.

Cancellations by suppliers: Tracks will diligently pursue satisfactory and timely performance by the various purveyors of services but cannot be responsible for changes in ferry, railroad, or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, precipitous price increases requiring cancellation, or other causes.

Other cancellations: If Tracks cancels a tour—tour fee refund. If you are a standby and do not get on your tour—tour fee refund.

Discounts: Reservations placed six months or more prior to tour date $150 early bird discount. Four months prior $50 early bird discount. Good Sam or FMCA membership discount $50 on Alaska and overseas tours, all other tours $25. Internet-placed reservations $25 discount. Past customers additional $100 discount. Singles discount $500 on all tours except Family Reunion. Only discounts on Family Reunion are $100 past customer, $100 singles, and $25 internet reservation.

Tracks acts only as agent for suppliers who provide the services advertised. Tracks accepts no liability for damage or injury sustained on tours. Tours, meals, transportation, services, and facilities are to be utilized at the time scheduled and as scheduled.

Tracks reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour or to cancel or alter the tour without notice, in which event the sole remedy shall be a pro-rata refund.

Tracks reserves the right to cancel a reservation or remove any person whose comportment is disruptive to other tour members, Tracks representatives, or third parties involved in the tour. Should this occur, the trip cost is forfeited.
